What's for breakfast?
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Well, for me it is. I know some people out there do not have their first meal until afternoon, which is technically lunch, but it's their breakfast since it's their first meal.
There are many benefits for having breakfast, such as; being focused throughout the day, restores glucose level, which is a great carbohydrate for your brain. There are so many studies out there, so many articles out there that say that eating breakfast can improve on your memory and concentration levels. Also, a good breakfast to lower your stress.

Now, let's get to breakfast. Today I want to share with you what I had. Let me tell you, it was delicious and very simple to make and very very cheap to make as well.
Today I had a mixture of oatmeal, peanut butter and mixed berries.
Preparation time was roughly 2 minutes.
1/2 cup of oatmeal (Add 1 cup of water) then microwave for 1 minute
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter (Creamy or Crunchy), mix with oatmeal
Top off with mixed berries of your choice. I used (strawberries, blue berries and black berries)
Thats it!! So simple, healthy and delicious.
