What PROTEIN I use
Okay, so I am not new to the fitness world. I've been going to the gym for the past 2 years regularly. I am trying to bulk, but bulking takes years and years and I am not where I want to be at, but I am pretty happy where I am at though.
Intake in protein is very important if you want to gain muscle and help your muscle recover from your workout.
I used to use mass gainer, but honestly the amount of people powder I needed to intake from that mass gainer was ridiculous. Most mass gainers want you take take 4-6 heeping scoops of protein which honestly I did not like, so I switched protein a few months ago and I got to tell you, I love it. It's a very tasty and yet affordable protein that you can get at most stores, such as Target, Walgreens and even Walmart for about 30 dollars.
So, here it is! I use Muscle Milk Pro Series Protein in Knockout Chocolate flavor.
There are many benefits to using this particular protein powder such as, it helps you sustain energy, helps you build lean muscle, it satisfies your hunger and it'll help you recover from your workout.
You can take this protein literally anytime of day, you can take it before and after your workout and of course if you need a little snack.
Plus, this protein has 50 grams of protein with the proper serving which is fantastic considering my body needs about 150 grams of protein per day for bulking. 3 shakes and BAMM!! I have my daily dosage of protein.
There you have it y'all, Muscle Milk Protein the my current product I use. Every so often I do tend to try new ones, but at the moment, this one right now is my favorite.
