Tips to MAKE your morning great
Some mornings can be very miserable. I know, I've had a lot of those mornings. Well, I am here to tell you a few tips to MAKE your morning great!
I know, we all have trouble getting the recommended hours of sleep, but try to. Getting enough sleep has many benefits for you such as:
Being at a healthy weight
Get sick less often
Reduces stress and improves your mood
You will be able to think clearer
Those examples are just a few of tons of benefits of getting enough sleep.
2. Get straight out of bed when you wake up
I find this tip very important and crucial because normally when I wake up I go straight for my phone and be on social media for like an hour and I waste practically my entire morning. That's not good. Instead of being on social media, utilize your time in the morning and go to the gym or for a run.
3. Make yourself a great and delicious breakfast

Waking early up in the morning will give you time to actually cook something for yourself. Instead of going out and wasting your money on breakfast, use the products you already have at home and create yourself a delicious meal.
4. Spend more time with your fur baby (if you have one)
Okay, so I have a busy work schedule and so does my fiancé. I mean we all do, am I right?
If you have a fur baby and it seems like you're not spending as much time as you want with your fur baby, why don't you utilize your morning with your fur baby and go for a walk, go for a run or just play fetch.
5. More time for YOU
You time is important. Self-care is a priority and not a luxury. Take advantage of your morning for yourself. Get to know yourself better than you already know.
Take care of yourself, there is only one you.
