3 Benefits To Having Fun
Fun is something I have been lacking for a long while. I forgot what it was like to have fun. I've been too stressed from work and life that I forgot that fun existed.
There are many benefits to having fun and they are:
Having fun can help reduce stress.
When you are out having fun, your mind goes along with it. It takes you away from all the stuff that is causing you to stress up and reduces your stress because your mind is focused on having fun.
Having fun with your friends makes your relationship stronger.
The more time I have with my friends, to me it creates a strong force between my friends and me. The more I get to hang out with my friends the more I feel our relationship is growing stronger.
Being out with my friends is the best feeling in the world because when I am done with a full week of work, all I can think about is hanging out and having fun with my friends and that creates happiness in my heart. Does hanging out with your friends create happiness in your heart? It might sound cheesy for some people, but it doesn't to me.
Having fun can help you out if you have trouble socializing outside your comfort zone.
I remember growing up, it was hard for me to have fun around people because I was so scared that I would make a fool of myself and they would judge me and not want to be friends with me. I learned to just take a chance, if you do end up making a fool of yourself, it'll definitely create a conversation and it'll get you talking to people.
When you go out to a club with some friend's that night gives you opportunity to make new friends, wither it's having a drink and you or them start a conversation with you or maybe they want to dance with you at the dancefloor, it'll definitely bring you out of your comfort zone and help you to create friends while having fun.
Let's wrap it up!
Now, you know how important it is to have fun. Well, it's time for me to stop being lazy and go out there and have fun! Remember, having fun reduces your stress, it can make your friendships stronger and last longer and can help you make new friends by making you more comfortable to socialize with new people.
