Do you have difficulties with your self-esteem. At times, I find myself looking at the mirror and telling myself if I'm worth it. I, sometimes find myself spiraling down from constant over-thinking my self-worth and negativity. Unfortunately we all deal the our self-esteem shattered from time to time and I am here to give you a few tips to build back your self-esteem.


1. Live your life free


This is probably the most important tip anyone can give you. Live your life the way you want to live it. There are a lot of small minded people out there that will try to crush your life and tell you how to live yours. Don't let anyone tell you how to live your life. Live your life how you want it. You are the artist of your life and the world is your canvas, go ahead and paint your life the way you want it.


2. Take risk


Playing it safe is okay, there's nothing wrong with that. Get out of your comfort zone and take risk.


3. Know your worth


You know what you are worth. Ain't nobody going to tell you you're worth nothing, because you're worth more than them. Everyone deserves the best for them and nothing less.


4. Self - empowerment


Being able to empower yourself is a great strategy to have for boosting your self-confidence and self-esteem. An easy way to get a little empowerment and this is free, search empowerment quotes and read them repeatedly in your head until they sink in your brain.


5. Positivity


Say good bye to those nasty negative thoughts of yours and replace them with positive ones.


6. Take care of yourself


Whens the last time you went to visit your physician? Go and see if you're all set and healthy! It's always a self-esteem booster to know if I am healthy.


7. Accept compliments


Doesn't it feel great when someone gives you a compliment. A simple "your outfit looks great on you" or "you have a beautiful smile," can go a long way on your self-esteem and confidence. That should boost it, right?


8. Talk to yourself


Practice on your self-talk. Give yourself some compliments. Give yourself some positive affirmations.


9. Create tiny goals everyday and achieve them


Creating small task everyday and letting yourself get out of comfort zone can make you successful. Getting the feeling completion on each task is a definite self-esteem booster.


10. Exercise


Getting a good workout is such a great feeling. Wither its going out for a walk, run or lifting weights at the gym. Getting your beast mode on and releasing all the negativity to soak in some positivity is a great feeling. So, why not burn off that negativity.
